The technical assistance service remains active by opening a ticket from the Arket Customer Portal. In the portal you can also check the status of tickets already open and consult invoices, reports and licenses.

 

To request the login credentials to the portal, in the event of new access or loss of credentials, simply send an e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., indicating the name of your company and the type of user to activate / reset (administrative or technical).
